What is Executive Search?Executive Search Consultant - Recruiter - Headhunter
On the website of Jobadder we find the following definition: (Quote): "... An executive search is an employment search that is undertaken in order to find candidates to fill executive roles, or other positions of equivalent seniority.
This search is usually conducted by executive search firms on behalf of a third party company. The advantage of an executive search being performed by an executive search firm is that the firm can undertake an initial screening of the candidate and confirm if they are suitable for the role and ascertain what their remuneration expectations before putting them in touch with the company.
As executive searches target highly qualified and desirable candidates, ideal candidates are sometimes already employed and are best approached by executive search firms in order to glean information about their interest in leaving their current role for a new opportunity....".

Riga's Central Market
Riga is Latvia's capital and a place for many attractions to visit.
We would like to share an article we found on www.latvia.travel about the Central Market in Riga:
Taste-test a quick-pickled cucumber, buy vegetables straight from the farm or nursery, treat yourself to a freshly-smoked eel, or just embark on a walking tour of the one and only Riga Central Market.
No other attraction like this in Europe
Riga Central Market is situated in the heart of Riga, a few hundred meters from Old Town on the banks of the River Daugava, next to Riga International Bus Terminal and Central Railway Station. It is not only one of the largest marketplaces in Eastern Europe in area, but also one of the most visited, as 80,000-100,000 people shop there per day on the average.
Architecturally-imposing food pavilions, built in the 1920s, are Riga Central Market’s calling card. Originally used as military airship hangars, they were later transformed into market venues.
Riga Central Market is unique not only with its pavilions but also with its old warehouses or the so-called spikeri (from German Spéicher), which have now been turned into a hip arts&entertainment quarter.
In 1998, the vast territory of Riga Central Market was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list.
Taste and buy delicious foods
At Riga Central Market, you can buy Latvian-grown and homemade products, exotic fruit and spices, as well as manufactured merchandise. The market includes 5 pavilions each with its own category - vegetables, dairy, meat, fish and gastronomy products, as well as an outdoor area with stalls and stands, the Night Market and ‘Round the Clock Farmers’ Market.
It’s also true, however, that the Market’s distracting hustle and bustle is fertile ground for swindlers and pickpockets, so be careful!
Central Gastro Market
This new section of the market covers half of one of its Zeppelin style hangars and features over 20 different caterers and 2 bars.
It is possible to find Prosecco, oysters, pizza, craft beer, gastro hot dogs, ramen, thai soup, raw food, falafel and pretty much most food types on offer.
Opening of Riga Central Market
Riga Central Market, which opened in 1930, was recognized not only as the largest, but also the best and most advanced marketplace in Europe. Riga Central Market has invariably remained in the very heart of Riga city, ensuring diverse shopping experience, a personal touch, lively conversation, tall tales and exuberant bargaining with the vendors.
