ClientOur client is an international leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial products, specializing in the air compressor industry.
- Full accountability for European sales and the lead of all European commercial activities in full compliance with company headquarters. The Business Development Manager will lead all sales activities throughout main European markets and achieve a sustainable growth in Europe.
- Maintain close relationships with existing customers and identify new potential clients with potential to grow.
- Establish effective forecasting of new opportunities.
- Plan, design and operationally implement strategic business objectives in full and transparent collaboration with headquarters.
- Strong skills in the fields of sales, marketing, business development and market setup.
- Technical understanding of the air compressor industry.
- Well proven sales background with a successful track record negotiating with and direct selling to large accounts in air compressor companies.
- Solid cross-cultural communication and presentation skills.
- Full command in English language as an addition to his/her native language. Any additional language is a big plus.
- Fast thinker and truly motivated doer who is used to set her-himself challenging goals and achieve them.
- Result oriented person with the necessary drive to act in a standalone-mode.
- Good listener with the ability to build networks and relations with customers.
