Our client is one of the largest Biscuits & Chips Manufacturer in the Middle East with ultra modern facilities, involved in the processing and packaging of a wide variety of products such as Dry Biscuits, Cream Biscuits, Wafers, Enrobed biscuits & Coated Wafers, Chips & Snacks

| Task: |
Ensure that all operational synergies are integrated with effective planning, development and implementation to achieve short, medium, & long term business objectives
Lead, implement, and culturally champion operations excellence in line with business requirements, through accountability and ownership to achieve individual & company targets
Formulate & align operations strategy with company mission, vision, values and strategic objectives in order to continually improve operational efficiencies and accommodate the rapid growth of the business
Prepare, maintain, & control all budgets to ensure that expenditure is in line with the business plan
Manage the network of facilities and distribution to ensure the efficient transformation of materials and finished products to customers on time
Increase plant output in order to achieve overall equipment efficiency targets
Optimize plant availability with a focus of preventative maintenance planning, production team integration, and machine reliability to achieve maximum output
Manage and drive all installations, commissioning, capital expenditure, expansion & upgrading requirements to meet business requirements at optimal costs
Build an effective team through best practice interview, assessment and recruitment standards to ensure that each position is filled by the right person
Oversee all department documentation and audit corrective actions through SMART planning and responsive follow up to ensure that plant safety & quality is in line with business requirements
Ensure that all SH&E standards are strictly adhered to, in order to achieve an accident free workplace
Ensure that all products and maintenance processes are controlled in order to comply with quality & hygiene standards with continual improvements and implementations
Drive a culture of continual improvement in order to achieve department objectives and employee engagement

| Requirements: |
B.E. Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
Comprehend, interpret and apply a variety of maintenance standards, policies, and targets with accuracy and clarity
Exceptional planning & organizational skills
Operational Leadership
An ability to live and work in a mulitcultural environment in Saudi Arabia
Direct P&L Clarity
Effective planning & implementation skills
Experience in an FMCG Supply Chain / Manufacturing Environment
