Our client is the leading Corrugated Packaging Supplier in the Middle East with a manufacturing capacity of 265,000 metric tons
|
| Task: |
Lead the multi plant safety departments to ensure results match expactations of:
- OSHAS 18001 safety programme
- ISO 14001 environment programme
- Reducing workplace injuries, illnesses, OH&S incidents and other environmental incidents
Ensure safety programme fits into the over all business plan
Provide and deliver or facilitate the training for all plants and the coaching of Line Managers and other key staff in the implementation of continuous improvement of safety and the environment
Ensure productive and positive employee relations and ensure workplace agreements are adhered to

| Requirements: |
Experience in a Safety & Health position
Very good interpersonal skills and an ability to inspire a diverse group of cultures and skills to recognize the benefits of SHE process (Safety, Health & Environment; OHSAS 180001 bzw. ISO 140001)
An ability to work with and advise senior management team
Organizational skills
An ability to live and work in a mulitcultural environment in Saudi Arabia
Experience in investigating incidents to establish root causes and above all workable corrective action plans
Be team orientated and able to build and manage strong business from factory cleaners to senior managers
Able to manage costs and manage a SHE budget
Demonstrate project management planning and research experience
Demonstrate high levels of energy and enthusiasm
