Our client is a manufacturer and supplier for a broad variety of industries.
The division linked to the position produces and fills high quality different volume water bottles, using the latest technology available and providing a high quality product to customers all over the country.

| Task: |
The position is to direct the operations of the facility as well as managing the microeconomic matters in order to control the company's success.
The Plant Manager supervises 4 facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reports directly to the CEO of the group. Duties included therefore are the controlling of maintenance, profit & loss as well as turnover, optimisation and technology.

| Requirements: |
In order to be able to handle the challenging requirements connected to the job position, the candidate should have at least 10 years of working experience and must have worked in a management position with technological background.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, suppliers and internal employees in both written and oral form.
The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and on his own authority and requires good leadership skills.
