| Task: |
The position is to direct the operations of a 20 kmē large facility as well as managing the microeconomic matters in order to control the company's success.
The general manager has the responsibility for 700 employees and reports directly to the CEO of the group. Duties included therefore are the controlling of maintenance, profit & loss as well as turnover, optimisation and technology. Further fields are quality management and logistical matters.

| Requirements: |
In order to be able to handle the challenging requirements connected to the job position, the candidate should have a degree in engineering or chemistry or comparable background with at least 10 years of working experience including 5 years of experience as a manager.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, suppliers and internal employees in both written and oral form.
The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and on his own authority and requires good leadership skills.
