Our client is a leading global provider specialized in delivering
innovative design, engineering aqnd manufacturing services to OEM electronics companies worldwide. The company, operating large number
of manufacturing, design and service facilities in several countries worldwide, has been extremely successful and observed unprecedented
growth in the recent years. To cope with the further expansion of their operations they are now looking for a Plant General Manager for
their facility in Poland.

| Task: |
Responsible for providing progressive leadership and supervision in a modern manufacturing facility with several hundred employees and several hundred million operating budget.
Ensures achievement of all manufacturing objectives in the areas of cost, quality, safety, efficiency & client satisfaction.
Responsible for all plant Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Financial, Operations, Materials Management, Logistics and Human Resources.

| Requirements: |
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronics) and/or MBA required.
Must have 5+ years of experience of managing state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing facility.
Must be familiar with cost improvement through the use 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other methodologies.
Must be able to run and motivate multinational team.
Requires fluent English (other, especially East European, languages being an advantage).
