| Task: |
Overall objective of the position is the development of new markets through acquisitions, partnerships or new sites. Initially in European countries where our client is not present yet.
Proposing and after approval implementing a business development plan to start.
Expanding the full company's portfolio in the three priority countries Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
Actively engaging in the realization of the plan through the achievement of acquisitions, partnerships or new sites.
After approval, ensuring appropriate management structures are in place. Ensuring key people are hired and trained at group sites or transferred in close collaboration with corporate functions and other members of the Group.
Initiating the integration into the Group.
Cooperating with other companies of the Group to realize synergies.
